The Lemann Foundation, a nonprofit family organization founded in 2002 by Jorge Paulo Lemann, works to ensure that all Brazilian children have quality public education and to create a network of talented people dedicated to solving social problems in Brazil.Responsible for processes and strategies related to People and Performance, DEI, Management of Goals and Objectives (including a process of Change Management for OKRs), Internal Digital Transformation, Finance, Legal, and Facilities. I was also responsible for reporting to the Board, and acted as the product owner for a low-code platform for the organization's financial planning and report.

Conversa de Prof (that stands for "Teacher Talk") is a Brazilian social enterprise that provides services of mentorship and psychological counseling to help K-12 teachers deal with their mental health.During my master's program, I created, along with another Brazilian student, Conversa de Prof. We interviewed school teachers as our process of discovery and tested models to help them during the pandemic. We developed the business model and our digital marketing strategy.
