I am a paralegal with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and financial services. My specialization is Real Estate practice with concentration in the areas of transactional real estate law, representing institutional, commercial, and developer clientele in connection with financing, acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of various property types, including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family residential. In addition to my experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, I developed and presented a number of CLE courses related to real estate transactions, UCCs and corporate recordkeeping.
