- CSM for 40+ accounts (Cloud SaaS and On-Prem).- Managing a portfolio above 1M ARR.- Own the relationship with new and existing customers including: onboarding, adoption, training, account growth and renewals.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow our incremental revenue.- Drive product adoption within assigned accounts through a continuous increase in value.- Act as a point of escalation for customer's critical issues.- Convey feedback from customers to the product team in order to drive improvements to the product.- Using Hubspot, Intercom, Zendesk, Tableau, JIRA.

- Implementation of Vortal solutions in customers from the Private Sector, in a strategic consultancy perspective;- Account management, training and service renewals;- Implementation and management of international accounts: France, Spain, Chile, Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique and Macau;- Identification of opportunities, according to the existing portfolio of services;- Technical and commercial support to the user;- Assessment of customer needs and support in developing solutions that best fit their requirements.
