Hi!I'm Mariana and I have a special interest in science and its applications. I recently completed my bachelor's degree in Applied Biology at the University of Minho, which allowed me to explore different branches of biology, including animal and plant biology, ecology, and diversity, among others. At the end of my studies, I conducted a project at INL, where I developed my language, statistical skills (SPSS and Excel), and laboratory skills (using commercial DNA extraction kits and verifying sample purity levels).Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in Molecular Genetics at UMinho.
