Contu Mil Sonhos is a project where a summer camp is set up for more than 30 children from a poor neighborhood of Contumil, Porto. As a monitor, I aim to insert social values as well as boost activities.The mains duties of a General Director are: - Strategically planning and execute organizational initiatives for Contu Mil Sonhos, ensuring alignment with the program's mission and goals.- Lead and motivate a diverse team of volunteers, fostering collaboration, and driving collective passion for our cause.-Forge connections and leverage the reach and influence of Contu Mil Sonhos, expanding our footprint and driving community engagement.- Ensure the timely and efficient execution of planned activities, guaranteeing they occur seamlessly and align with our program's objectives.

Spark Agency is a talent management and recruitment agency. As an ambassador I am part of the staff at Pitch Bootcamp and attend formations and workshops.

Too Good To Go is the world’s number one company fighting food waste by doing partnerships with food stores/restaurants and selling the surplus food one third cheaper. I did a summer internship in the post-Sales department where I worked with several platforms like SalesForce, Ninja, and Looker. After a careful partner analysis, I did a follow-up call to the partner to check if everything is alright and improve the performance of the partner in our app. This is a crucial process inside the company since more than 20% of the churns happen in the first month of the partnership and this procedure helps to mitigate the problem. Communication skills were improved every day since, on average, I talk with 50 different partners every week.

Forall Phones is a start-up on which the core business is the sale of refurbished mobile phones. As a Community Shaper, I lead daily with numerous types of clients, improve my communicative and persuasive skills, make partnerships with organizations and boost social and environmental activities.

UPrise Talent is a student organization where the main goal is to complement the educationsystem. At UPrise, I had the opportunity to lead 2 teams from high school to the final ofthe YBT. I did several recruitments/headhunting for different departments and I also mentored several team members and gave career support to Talent Academy members.

I was a Project Manager and helped UPrise giving the first steps on the world of environmental education.

I was tutor in Study Center. With this experience, I acquired the ability to deal with a wide range of people, as well as their personalities, developing learning and teaching methods.
