I do it so by promoting career opportunities provided by Spark Agency's partners tostudents, teachers and career offices. I additionally help Spark to better understand how my campusworks and to find the best way to approach its students.

My role/responsibilities as a Community Team Leader essentially involve Recruitment and selection of talented Shapers;- Integrating Shapers, guiding them through the integration process and initial training;- Monitoring the team's work and ensuring the database is up-to-date;- Building a strong team culture;- Managing the performance of each member, providing them with constant, constructive feedback and contributing to their personal development;- Participate in training initiatives for Shapers;- Act as a bridge between the Country Leader and the trainers, ensuring effective communication;- Manage Offboarding processes;- Have a voice in the decision making process of the Community, co-creating the strategy and action plans;- Coordinate and develop projects / initiatives inherent to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

A Community Shaper is a college student that, besides studying, aims to leave a positive impact in our society. At Forall Phones we make premium technology affordable while addressing social and environmental concerns. Shapers are part of this move and a key to change the world.Main Responsibilities:• Advertising the brand;• Participating in events such as store openings and meet up´s;• Creating and sharing content on my social media;• Engaging with his team;• Selling smartphones in specific marketplaces and social media.

UPrise Talent is a student organization that seeks to complement the educational system by contributing to a dynamic, proactive, entrepreneurial society that enriches values and social awareness. It is present in Porto, Coimbra and Barcelos.In this organization, I joined the Talent Management department in Porto where I performed the following functions: Recruitment & Selection; Coaching; Reception, integration of the team and Project Coordination.
