Marian holds an Executive MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ghana. She has over seven years of experience in Administrative, Finance and Program Management roles in various industries including Construction, Logistics, Advertising, Finance and Technology.Currently, she works as a Program Manager at iSpace Foundation, where she manages multiple projects and grants related to innovation, entrepreneurship and social impact. She has successfully delivered several projects such as the Women Techsters Initiative, the Ghana Tech Summit and the Africa Future Summit. She also works as a Finance Manager at Ghana Hubs Network, where she oversees the financial operations and reporting of over 20 hubs across the country. She is skilled in decision-making, business analysis and project management. She is passionate about empowering and supporting entrepreneurs, innovators and changemakers in Ghana and Africa.
