My name is Mariana, I have a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and a Master's and PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology at UFRGS. Between 2012 and 2022, I developed my academic career, in which I studied tumor evolution in silico and was able to increase my knowledge of Python and R, programming languages ​​that I applied in data analysis.In early 2022, I started as a Growth Hacker at Messem Investimentos, where I worked with marketing, Data Science and Business Intelligence. In addition, I can say that I had a great professional development, in which I improved both my hard skills and soft skills. Thus, in 2023, I become Leader of the Acquisitions and Intelligence team at Growth, in which my attributions are team management, project and process management and specific technical issues.
