It's so important that we should be thankful every day for the existence of this wonder, which is surely one of the greatest inventions in the world!📍 I am Mariana Pedro, I was born in Brazil and today I live in Barcelona. I have always wanted to have an experience in another country, get to know other cultures and learn new things, get out of my comfort zone and challenge myself on the other side of the ocean.Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Nove de Julho in São Paulo and post graduated in Project Management from Universidade de Barcelona - IL3. I started my career at the age of 15 as an apprentice at the ALSTOM company. With this magnificent experience I was able to learn and develop myself in the technical documentation area. At Quad Log, I had the opportunity to work with documentation management for several customers. After that I went to work at GE with Hydroelectric and Turbines. With these great opportunities, I was lucky to know the energy area, which became my passion.✔️My first experience outside Brazil it was amazing at Actemium ASAS in Barcelona. With this opportunity, I was able to expand my knowledge in the technical area and learn much more about this new culture.✔️ I had the opportunity to implement and manage the documentation system of a large project within ALSTOM Barcelona as a consultant.📌 I can say that I have a lot of knowledge about documentation management. I highlight here some main points: - Management of technical documentation in the engineering field, specifically railway signaling and hydroelectric products. - Management of technical documentation for several customers. - I wrote technical documents, technical specifications and trainings.

Working together with Systems Engineering in the process of managing all necessary documentation related to the hydroelectric power plant projects in El Quimbo, Chaglla, Cachoeira Caldeirão and Baixo Iguaçu and others. The activity aimed to identify, register, make available to engineers properly for each project. The documents were Operation and Maintenance Manuals, calculation memories, installation drawings, list of materials and mechanical and electrical drawings in AutoCad. All documents were in the SAP system.It performed the tasks of Material Registers, creation of indicators, creation of BOMs, plant enhancements, inserting the units of the materials, quantities, creation of purchase requisitions for material, material database update.I worked on the creation of finished and semi-finished materials, raw materials, spare parts, BOMs (bill of materials), purchase requisitions for components/services and the whole MRP routine (creation of purchase requisitions for materials and services) for large projects in Brazil and Latin America.I used SAP for most of my experience, in MM and PP modules.Experience in the interfaces between Engineering, Purchasing, Project Planning, Tax and Logistics.I worked on the Process & Tools part with the implementation of the access EMT tool, which did the management of engineering activities and projects, so I had the objective of making the charges in the engineering activities and also the management of weekly hours, upload and download hours in the SAP tool.Requesting new or updating proposals for about 10 service providers, creating purchase requisition, creating service sheet, posting invoices in the system, posting debit memos, tracking proposal deadlines. -

In this activity the objective was to filter the documents received from customers, verify the version of the document if it was correct, see if it was not a document that was already obsolete or outdated, if it was in a legible format, with correct coding and descriptions, and make it available to Engineering. After the completion of the Engineering area, the documents returned to our sector and thus was sent to the customer. As we had many customers, this task demanded a lot of attention and we used as tool a database created by Access.- PlanningI had the opportunity to work with the engineers to assemble the project plans, and they sent a spreadsheet with the activities and dates, and all were placed in the MS Project tool to have a better view of the project.- ISO 9001I participated in the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard in the company as a whole, as a process measurement, implementing standards and manuals, mainly in the documentation sector where I worked, making the written process of how the sector worked and the activities performed. For part of quality, we did some satisfaction surveys with our customers to see our performances. I participated in internal and external audits.- WEBSITEI also worked on the creation part of the company's website together with a professional company in the area.
