 Implementing plans and process improvements for student’s retention. Encouraging collaborative learning and improving teaching delivery methodologies. Develop appropriate evaluations to ensure that objectives of training are met. Participating in curriculum mapping exercises as part of the curriculum evaluation process.  Reviewing all results of the evaluation process and submit them to the Dental Hygiene Program Committee for further review. Advising students on program and/or course requirements by researching and providing the best options available to them. Monitor student progress while providing support as needed throughout their placement. Communicate and actively participate as an active member of TCDHA Clinical and Curriculum Review Committee.
