Key Tasks: Meets with clients to discuss project requirements;Prepares client service agreements and contracts; Prepares schematic design presentations and concepts for client approval; Coordinates with allied engineering professionals on the building design and production of construction drawings and technical documents; Prepares cost estimates, material specifications and complete construction drawings;Compiles building permit forms and requirements needed for application; Coordinates with suppliers and contractors for quotation of materials, delivery, and project execution;Conducts periodic visits to ongoing project constructions to check compliance of builders to issued drawings.

Key Roles:1. Architectural & MEP Plans, from Schematic to Construction Documentation (using Revit / AutoCAD)2. 3D Modeling & Rendering (using Sketchup, Enscape, or other Rendering software)3. Title 24 Report generation using Energy ProCoordination & discussion with the client/homeowners on the design intent and planning requirements4. Coordination with the Consultants on Project Delivery, and inquiries during construction (Structural, Geotechnical, Surveying)5. Marketing Coordination for clients seeking opportunities6. Digital/Graphic side tasks for marketing & presentation7. Application, submission, and monitoring of the Building Permit process for upcoming and existing projects in South California8. Key Tasks: Prepares plans, details and documents for either (1) Management Approval, (2) meetings, (3) coordination with different stakeholders (within internal or external relationships), (4) basis for budget, estimates and bids, and (5) site implementation, including document revisions if necessary;Prepares specifications, material and color swatches, OSM checklist and budget, bill of materials and estimate, cost monitoring, Architectural Blue prints, issues owner’s instruction slips, addresses and produces requests for information (RFIs), and all other needed documents for owner’s approval and site implementation;Monitors and ensures that the project (inclusive of drawing preparation and implementation as well as owner supplied material delivery and installation) are all within the timeline and budget, and compliant to SM Standards / Approved design criteria.Initiates ordering of architectural materials through supplier / contractor coordination, facilitating bidding and awards. Processes the procurement of materials thru purchase requisitions. Monitors the lead time and delivery of ordered materials as well as the material inventory and delegation to contractors for use;Attends site inspections which includes pre-construction assessment, monitoring of actual site project status, inspection of mock-ups, monitoring of site implementation if executions are compliant to issued drawings and EDD standards, and punch-listing.Project documentation and filing from Project Start to Close-out, for onward checking of manager.

Key Tasks:Handles and complies with the drawing lists endorsed by the Project Manager;In-charge of producing complete construction drawings and details needed for every project through the use of Computer Aided Design;Monitors and coordinates the status of drawing lists;Attends meetings with Project Directors of the clients about revisions and other concerns of construction drawings;Prepares and submits coordination reports and other requirements to the Production Manager;Visits the site of ongoing projects to monitor the status and coordinate with the progress as well as relay site concerns and approval request of the Project Manager;
