I am an actress and T.V. personality who has hosted for a variety of networks including ESPN, NBC, Travel Channel, MTV, and Vh1. I also have a lot of experience in the world of producing, writing and voiceover work. In addition to my two decades of work on television, I am actively pursuing my lifelong passion for travel and health with the creation of my travel wellness blog, ‘The Fuddhist’. My ‘philosofeed’ is that a happy and healthy life is made up of both healthy food, healthy thoughts, and healthy exploration. I believe that what feeds you is more than what's on your plate, and encourage others to pack their bags and explore more! I also host and create content for Tastemade Travel, Expedia, and Matador Network. I work closely with various tourism boards promoting all things FOOD, eco-luxury, voluntourism, and wellness retreat related. Lastly, through my ‘Tiny Food Explorers’ initiative, I hope to empower children to make better food choices by celebrating their insatiable curiosity. I believe involving children in as many food-related activities as possible is a good place to start! I'm honored to be working with ‘EnrichLA’, the largest school garden nonprofit in the country. EnrichLA has proven that kids will make better food choices when they are connected to the source of where ‘real’ food comes from.
