I always thought of my background in economics and social sciences as a disadvantage when first starting my bachelor in design at university. I soon realized that it instilled in me a unique perspective and interest that goes beyond traditional design.My university studies have provided me with a holistic approach to design - pushing me to develop my skills in dealing with fast-paced environments and versatile challenges.I tend to gravitate towards understanding complex systems through extensive research and get a tad overjoyed when I finally connect the dots. This has led me to wanting to explore the world of cities and city-making, focusing on understanding the built, natural and specifically, social ecosystems. Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon to a Peruvian mother and a French-Lebanese father, the diversity found in cultures and human behaviour is an intrinsic curiosity of mine.I perceive myself as a pro-active, engaged and versatile facilitator. With a knack for detail and storytelling, I have a deep desire to create impact.
