Daily responsibilities involve planning facility expansions and renovations, solving layout issues in order to maximize productivity, develop architectural drawings by demand and ensure code compliance. Main objective is to provide our clients with the best technical solutions according to their specific requirements.

•Responsible for the development of residential projects from start to finish. Overall process includes: Client meetings, creation of design concepts through layout studies and 3D models, development of schematic designs into detailed construction documents, assisting clients with budgeting and product procurement, coordination with manufacturing and construction teams, weekly site visits to ensure accurate execution and assist with problem solving.•Created architectual drawings at various scales and levels of detail, such as floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details. Most documents were generated using Autocad and SketchupPro.•Developed 3D models and renderings for architecture and interior design.•Managed timelines and budgets using detailed spreadsheets to document costs, deadlines, and weekly schedules.
