I’m here to provide support, resources, and body-based teaching to help you live in a more embodied way, and increase your capacity for the healing and transformative power of pleasure in you life. This can help you build resilience, experience more joy, grow self awareness and self confidence, increase your ability to express yourself with clarity and integrity, reduce anxiety and stress, and develop excellent relationship skills, both at work and in your personal life. I bring a holistic perspective to my work, with life experience and studies in somatic education, NeuroAffective Touch, music, spirituality, engineering, and healing touch (an energy modality similar to Reiki). I listen with caring, presence and curiosity and provide insight, healing and encouragement. They can include coaching and practice in boundary-setting, communication, consent, as well as breath, movement, sound, touch, body awareness, and other body-based teaching. Sessions, workshops and retreats are held at a safe, comfortable pace, for your education and well-being.
