(the largest call center corporation in the world) in the process of acquiring call centers in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.The list of clients contains 299 companies (telecoms, banks, utilities, industrial and trade), including companies headquartered in France, Germany, Israel, Poland, UK, and USA.Author of several books, including "The Telemarketer's Handbook", "Sales Call", "Efficiency and Effectiveness in Call Center", "Glossary of call center/help desk terminology" and dozens of articles.
