Body 'n' Soul Wellness Academy offers different fitness/wellness trainings for its students all over in Europe and in the United States. Our main courses are: Pilates Trainer Level I. and II., Spine Balance Trainer (Marianna Szoke's own TM program), Fitt ball - Soft ball Pilates Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Streching Trainer.
