I have a team of 3 cashiers, responsibilities include stock taking, organization of art exhibitions and cooking courses. Decoration and arrangement of the shop which is in a converted railway station. Within this building we have tea rooms,restaurant, épicerie fine, production of homemade biscuits and preparation of exquisite hampers. Customer service and translation plays a big part in this role. Events such as jazz evenings include liasing with the groups and preparation of dishes with fine French cheeses, meats and wines.
