I am a graduate of Fordham University Gabelli School of Business, where I attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in management and law and ethics. I am also a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where I spent most of my time developing the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Technology and Law Student Association. My practice is currently focused on regulatory and compliance matters related to financial services, consumer lending, payments, alternative lending, and other non-bank financial services. I advise clients on a variety of topics including bank-fintech relationships, card programs, payment processing regimes, money transmission, blockchain, data privacy and security compliance, and regulatory compliance ranging from fair lending to FTC marketing guidelines.I have experience with product development, compliance management systems (CMS), and associated internal controls enabling me to navigate federal and state-specific laws.I enjoy integrating my practice with sports and entertainment, technology, and business development.
