• Campaign management - developing specific initiatives to enhance the practice's position in targeted markets; managing press and media activities, website and social media, newsletters• Digital - overseeing digital presence - updating website, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.• Content creation - working closely with the design team so as to create comprehensive press releases and newsletter content to establish world wide high-end publicity.• Photography - commissioning photography, managing the practice gallery.• Design production - content production and print management (where appropriate) of marketing collateral including brochures, building studies, awards entries and other submissions.• Marketing library - maintaining appropriate marketing materials management systems, making sure that content generated from awards and distinctions is used to maximum advantage in future collateral.• Press & PR - establishing and managing strong links with architectural press and publicity.• Client relationship management - ensuring that the practice establishes and maintains key relationships with client organisations, individuals and other influencers• Reporting - preparing monthly marketing and communications reports for the directors and the design team.• Internal communications - delivering monthly communications updates to the team

• Directs the marketing and advertising efforts for 8 business units and over 40 products and services.• Creates and implements marketing and promotional strategies, providing an increasing flow of leads to Sales associates.• Develops objectives and policies for marketing department, and measurements.• Translates approved objectives into work plans and procedures.• Prioritizes and reviews work towards objectives, budgets and schedules.• Enforces policies and recommends adjustments.• Leads the definition of the creative needs and objectives of assigned projects. Sets creative direction and "look and feel" for assigned portions of events and materials, on-air, digital, print, and experiential.• Oversees the competitive positioning of the Group.• Works towards developing skills and talents of the marketing team.• Fosters a collaborative business environment with team spirit.• Oversees all awards submissions.

• Managing the day-to-day internal and external communications and marketing activities of Evros Chamber • Maintaining a strong brand for Evros Chamber, including impactful and fit-for-purpose publications, portal and social media.• Co-ordinating media and public affairs activities to achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media• Managing the monitoring of media and current affairs developments, across a wide range of media • Managing the publication and promotion of Evros Chamber materials, including design and printing • Ensuring that the Evros Chamber communication outputs are of a high standard, respond to the needs of the target audience, and are delivered within agreed budget and timelines • Building on existing, and developing new relationships with media, key decision makers, members and others.• Acting in accordance with the objectives and ethos of the Evros Chamber.
