As a IT Quality Analyst, I am responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:•Create, maintain and approve software validation documents such as software validation summary reports, software validation plans, software risk assessments and traceability matrices•Collaborate with the Business Analysts to create or update test cases•Create, review, and route test reports; audit test runs•Verify all software validation deliverables have been completed for projects and change requests•Assist in the training of new Quality Analysts and other team members as needed•Research and evaluate new information systems and technologies and recommend solutions that drive innovation•Execute and route manual test cases to ensure software solutions are designed and developed to perform as intended per user requirements•Demonstrate a basic understanding of SAP PLM•Provide testing/validation assistance and support for customers•Resolve discrepancies found while executing test scripts•Partner with internal and external team members to maintain timelines and escalate as needed

• Create and execute test cases in TestRail and track defects and bug fixing in JIRA.• Analyze user stories and work with test documentation.• Debug applications using Chrome Developer tools: inspect elements to determine their correct display, save log files, check Status codes and responds from the backend.• Test REST API using Postman, create and run collections, manage environments and check Status codes and responses.• Execute SQL-queries for Database, analyze queries Client-Server.• Organize ideas on projects using Mind Map to plan testing activities so all the elements of the testing stages can be successfully illustrated and covered.• Attend Grooming, Sprint, daily Stand Ups, Demo, Retrospective meetings.
