Interned at the Nation desk at Gulf News. Here was an excellent opportunity to refine my journalistic writing skills - working with some really talented journalists. I wrote assigned stories and well as pitched stories. I covered events, worked with photographers on stories as well as shot my own photos. I worked with editors and refined my Associated Press stylebook writing - giving me the strong ability to write in either CP or AP style.

As a key holder, I am responsible for opening and closing the store and filing and managing paper work - covering the position of manager of duty. This position requires me to often work alone and to train sales associates.

-taught ages 5-10 at two job placements in rural communities-created and organized strategic teaching plans -learnt about the Ecuadorian Education System
