I have more than 10 years of experience in B2B Marketing and Communication. In 2022 I've started getting work experience in the HR profession as well, my enrolment in university (HR strategy) was completed last September.As an employee, I have gained insight into both the multinational and SME sectors over the past 15 years. I spent a year and a half in Italy and use English on a daily basis both in my work and in my personal life. I have several years of management experience, it has always been important for me to support the individual development of the employees in my team. What I consider to be essential is to be able to identify with the organizational culture and core values of the company I represent.Although it is very difficult in today's world, I would like to believe that there are still good people, companies with excellent values. It was in this light that I turned to the HR profession. Both in my personal life and in my daily volunteer work, I stand for perseverance, solution orientation and honest, open communication, through the practice of which I believe that I can make the world a better place and that I am a useful member of society.
