I have over 30 years of leadership and industry experience inspiring people to learn about the brands we service and to become an integrated source of historical brand knowledge to consumer product companies. Through mentoring and coaching I have helped many talented individuals and what I have learned from them has made me, and continues to make me a better leader.In 2012 I joined Olberding Brand Family's (previously Phototype) leadership group to oversee the onboarding and management of on-site and near-site talent, or as we call them "integrated resources", as well as delivery of our overall client service experience. Throughout my career, I’ve served clients across a wide range of industries including consumer-packaged goods, retail, advertising and publishing. I’m a strong believer in the power of collaboration and work daily with our sales, technology and operations teams to deliver best-in-class practices and solutions to our clients.
