Marianne joined Asserson in 2013, having previously worked at leading City firms Ashurst and Linklaters. She was made a partner in 2016.Marianne advised and led on public inquiries, both at appeal and in respect of development plans. She project managed major planning applications and town centre regeneration schemes in London and the South East. Marianne also specialised in advising private clients in relation to planning and infrastructure matters, including scheme viability, green belt release and heritage. She is experienced in the drafting and negotiation of complex planning and infrastructure agreements for major residential and commercial led schemes, together with leading on planning due diligence for property
