About Marianne Booth

Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 20 years of experience working with some of the largest organisations in Australia and New Zealand. I have led and facilitated project teams who have realised savings in excess of $31M over a two year period (BT Financial Group 2001-2003). I trained and mentored 72 Quality Practitioners (Green Belts) within Westpac Banking Corporation who realised financial benefits averaging $220,000 for their first projects in the 2005/2006 financial year. I continue to deliver Lean Six Sigma training specifically developed for Westpac, In 2007 I updated my skills in statistical quality analysis using Minitab 15 and re-certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, including submitting a six sigma project and graduated top of my class.
