Responsible for the start-up operations and client delivery function of a non-profit supporting the dissemination of the Harvard Study of Adult Development research findings to the marketplace.

Resource Manager responsible for staffing a population of 200+ executive coaches on sold work. Role also included monitoring the process for needed improvements to drive efficiency and quality of staffing decisions. As of April 2020, the role was eliminated from the organization due to the COVID-19 virus and subsequent need for the organization to significantly downsize staff.

Managed an independent contractor network of 200+ global resources who provided facilitation, consulting, coaching and instructional design services in the areas of leadership, sales and service. Main responsibilities include: recruiting of top talent, on-boarding and ensuring strong, mutually beneficial partnerships were maintained.Also led a wide range of projects, with varying size teams, to improve operational efficiencies and ultimately client satisfaction and quality of deliveries.

Worked on-site at a client location (Texas Instruments) managing all operational activities related to the training and development function.

During my first 10 years with Forum, I held a number of positions which included client facing roles in account management--acting as the client's main contact once contracting was complete. In addition, I managed a team of six, full-time employees responsible for the operation of our feedback operations department. As well, I have led numerous projects including a competency study and quality improvement teams.
