My role was to support the successful integration and operation of IVC’s surgeries across Kent, South London & Surrey. To achieve this, I built and supported local management teams that could address the needs of their individual surgeries. I helped them to devise strategies to enable them to meet their aims – striving for happy teams to deliver service.
