Within this role, ​I oversee the strategy and daily operations of the School Advancement team including Enrollment, Development, Marketing & Communications. With a focus on developing new initiatives, I liaise with affiliates to create programs and opportunities, being mutually beneficial and in alignment with School’s mission and goals. As a liaison for the Board of Trustees, I manage the process of determining, recruiting, and proposing new trustees and planning for leadership succession. Furthermore, I facilitate the Head of School through decision-making and development of policies & procedures related to crisis management.Some of my achievements within this job role are listed below:• Generated a 30% increase in new student inquiries by using a strategic approach and marketing mix balance.• Led COVID-19 Task Force to ensure timely, data-driven decisions, including mitigations, health & safety policies, and communication efforts.• Headed School Advancement Team in developing efficiencies and creating new strategies for recruitment & fundraising.• Administered brand and website redesign that resulted in a decrease in Bounce Rate by 9.39% and a 30% increase in Pages Per Session YOY.

As a Director Marketing & Communications, I led and implemented a brand redesign to articulate School's mission, key differentiators, vision, and image across all media to ensure a consistent, positive brand and message. In collaboration with the Head of School & Board of Trustees, I served as a thought partner and co-strategist on messaging, and enforced strategic plans & the school's tuition reduction initiative.My key-contributions within this role are as follows:• Devised school's first comprehensive digital marketing plans that included social media, SEO, and paid search as well as increased Google ad conversion by 75% in first year.• Managed website updates, driving monthly traffic to increase by more than 50%.• Oversaw school's website, communications from Head of School & Division Heads, crisis communications, internal/external communications, weekly newsletter, and social media accounts.
