As a Technical Account Manager at Playtech, I manage the technical relationship between the company and its clients in the gaming industry. I ensure that the clients' needs and expectations are met, and that they receive high-quality support and service from Playtech's technical teams. Before joining Playtech, I worked at Fujitsu Estonia for 1.5+ years, where I started as a Service Desk Specialist and then became a Customer Coordinator. In these roles, I handled the technical issues and requests from the customers, and liaised with the internal and external stakeholders to resolve them. I also monitored the performance and availability of the IT systems and services, and reported on the service level agreements and customer satisfaction metrics. I have a strong background and interest in customer service, IT, and gaming, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
