I am a Creative Producer and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the arts sector including 15 years with the National Theatre or Scotland. I have led and delivered projects spanning producing, audience development, marketing, digital innovation, and project and event management.Combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, I hold a unique set of skills with an unparalleled perspective within the industry.

I created and delivered the National Theatre of Scotland's first Audience Development strategy. My role involved building relationships with the company’s current attenders and participants while finding creative ways for new audiences to discover live theatre.As Audience Development Manager I was responsible the access and equalities strategy establishing the Company's Deaf Theatre Club and Relaxed performances for audiences affected by Autism.

I am part of a small team that puts NTS productions on stage. I am currently lead producer on Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour. I also produced Dear Scotland and Let The Right One In.

Istanbul

In 2013 I spent three months on sabbatical as part of ICE which is a global development opportunity for leaders working in the arts, screen and creative sectors. I was based in Istanbul and exploring and experience cultural leadership with a range of organisations, primarily The Museum of Innocence and Dot Theatre Company.

As part of the very small team, who set up the National Theatre of Scotland, I devised, created and delivered marketing campaigns for the full range of the Company's work.

I devised, created and delivered marketing, press and audience development campaigns for Scotland's leading touring political theatre company.
