Develop, drive, and execute strategic initiatives directly relating to sales and throughout the community. Actively contribute on assignments and lead projects to enhance the community experience for prospects and residents. Drive organizational strategic initiatives, including but not limited to special events, customer experience, process improvement, and market comparison. Manage apartment turnover projects including analyzing progress and productivity, maintaining cost monitoring functions, providing data supporting development of the budget, ensuring accurate forecasts, financial analysis, completing services agreements and other business requirements and leading and participating in financial process improvements and projects. Develop effective working relationships between all project team members and stakeholders.Manage relationships with key partners and vendors. Work across all levels of a large organization. Develop detailed work status reports as well as executive level progress reports. Prepare and deliver presentations at sales events and community functions.

Act as C-Suite’s right hand by coordinating and implementing the action steps necessary to achieve the organization’s strategic goals.
