As CEO & Co-Founder of Systemate @ CYA Pty Ltd in Australia and CYA PNG Ltd in PNG, Marianne is responsible for the deployment, scoping and planning of Systemate – A no-code horizontal full stack SaaS to manage data for any service anytime. Systemate develops and provides the interface, data flow and database layers.With a background in data management, governance, education planning and implementation, community development, town planning, local government elected member, film production, energy efficient building assessor and project management, she brings an integrated sound approach to planning and implementation with proven impact evidence in Australia and PNG.She is an advocate for empowering the youth and women through education, capacity building and transferring of knowledge. The successful New Ireland Government subsidy unit in PNG is an example of her dedicated and determined approach to deliver, regardless of the barriers faced in international development. Marianne has a degree in town planning and is a trained mediator and facilitator. During the last 13 yrs. she has developed robust user-friendly management tools, financial management and reporting structures and delivered strategic governance frameworks and government corporate plans in PNG.Marianne has been a consultant and adviser to the Governor of New Ireland Province in PNG from 2007 to 2017, which included designing and implementing some of PNG’s innovative social policies and government subsidises focussing strongly on education, the disadvantaged and remote communities throughout the province.
