- Handling all the recruitment of the company- Filling all position through my own network and headhunting with no help of agencies or pre paid recruitment websites- Positions I worked on so far: Treasury Team Manager, Systems Admins Supervisor, Administrative positions in our branches in Asuit and Mansoura, Administrative positions in our Cairo branch, Trainer, Senior Trainer, Corporate Sales Consultants.

- Basically handling the recruitment process. Positions I recruited for at Thomas Cook are Travel Counselors, Tour Operators, Marketing Executives, Marketing Assistants, Leisure Sales Executives, Events Counselors, Visa Counselors, etc. - Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need- Headhunting from our competitors. - Updating Interview assessment forms- Issuing job offers for successful candidate and follow up accepting and starting the job- Keeping the recruitment filling system and keep applicant data base updated- Worked on our HR information system (Trends Cegidim) and was mainly responsible for the recruitment module. - Adding the leaves (sick leaves, annual leaves, compensation) to the HR system and calculating the balance.- Getting the attendance sheet from the branches and monitoring it on a monthly basis and in some cases comparing it with the sick and annual leaves- Issuing HR Promotion Letters
