My recruitment advertising experiences include building a client's social media following from scratch to over 1700 Instagram followers within less than 3 weeks in their particular niche and tripled their Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin followers to match their target markets for recruitment and sales. I also developed the social media strategy and executed campaigns to rebrand and increase recruitment quotas, leading overall marketing focus for the company.
