I have both education and experience in Labor and Employment law, policy creation, Legal and Demographic research, Investigative technique as well as knowledge of collective bargaining agreements. In addition, I am I-9 and AIRS certified in Behavioral interviewing which is essential in evaluating public and commercial requests and interactions. My recruitment advertising experiences include building a client's social media following from scratch to over 1700 Instagram followers within less than 3 weeks in their particular niche and tripled their Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin followers to match their target markets for recruitment and sales. I also developed the social media strategy and executed campaigns to rebrand and increase recruitment quotas, leading overall marketing focus for the company. In addition, I managed the daily social media postings and interactions, events calendars and created a text messaging campaign focused on faster turn round time for sourcing and processing potential candidates.
