I have advised the business on all sorts of (privacy) compliance issues and by that UPC NL has increased their customer experience and was prevented from being scrutized by the regulators. Furthermore, I have lobbied with the external regulators explaining the practical problems of new regulation and by that motivated the regulators to alter their approach.

As an interim project I have advised Yucat on their contracts, general conditions and ad hoc legal business questions. By that, I have made Yucat's contract negotiation process more efficient and effective and minimized their legal risks (e.g. at tender procedures).

I have provided legal advice for start-ups and private individuals on a non-profit basis with a team of 6 Information Law students, while studying for my LLM. Due to my advice, my clients were able to reduce (the risk of running) claims and were able to secure their IP - and therefore were able to empower their business models.
