I am constantly looking for growth in the Nursing field and life, in general. Even though Nursing as a profession and a field could be restrictive, I believe that with genuine interest and good intent, you can be an inspiration, be creative, innovative and have a voice in the field. In my work as a nurse and a former nursing director for a healthcare startup in Austin, Texas, I found joy helping my clients manage their symptoms, improve quality of life and find more reason and energy to enjoy it. In that role, I was able to utilize my business acumen to produce record revenue and my leadership skills to lead a team of nurses nationwide into providing the best nursing care and experience possible - through nutrient IV therapy. I found passion merging business, technology, wellness and holistic nursing.I'm always trying to find ways on how we can work smarter, more efficiently and do more meaningful, productive work. When the right leadership and structures are in place, not only can a team work and execute better, our clients can reach a higher and better quality of life - and that is the bottom line - helping people be their best possible self and enjoy life.
