About Marianne Dsa

As someone born and raised in the UAE, my journey towards becoming a coach began in the world of digital marketing. Through utilizing my analytical skills, creativity, and passion for connecting with people, I worked with a variety of industries, including events, hospitality, government, and startups. However, through my experience in the fast-paced, competitive environment of digital marketing, I realized the importance of doing meaningful work that aligns with my purpose and values.  Despite having a successful corporate career, I eventually hit a productivity ceiling that left me feeling stressed, burnt out, and disconnected from my work, colleagues, and the organization as a whole. As a result, these feelings spilled over into my personal life leaving me disconnected from myself and the people I love. Realizing that something needed to change, I embarked on a journey of personal and professional growth. This was a time of deep reflection and growth, and although it was challenging, it taught me valuable lessons about myself and what truly brings me joy. During this time I had the honour of learning from some of the most insightful thought-leaders in personal growth and business mastery. Attending various events and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds broadened my perspective and contributed immensely to both my personal and professional growth. As I immersed myself in this journey, I discovered my passion for coaching and its ability to positively impact employee wellbeing while promoting emotionally intelligent workplaces. This pivotal period lead me to Co-Found Work Innovated alongside my childhood best friend. Our mission is to help organizations overcome challenges related to increased turnover and burnout by putting emotional intelligence at the forefront of their business goals through tailored leadership coaching and employee success consulting. Additionally as a certified life and success coach, I work with high-level executives who want to lead with more empathy, compassion, reflection, and alignment.
