I was part of the 2nd cohort, tasked with different facets related to the development and execution of prominent early-stage focused startup accelerator at the Pioneer Accelerator Program. Worked closely with 14 startups from South America (Mexico & Brazil). The program was co-designed with Google Developers Launchpad.

Managed up to 7 new clients every quarter, responsible for the creation, implementation, and development of sales processes for retail, food, beverage and hospitality sectors. • Increase sales 30% during our program;• Developed and tracked outbound marketing campaigns in order to increase average revenue and services per customer.• Supported the development and launch of new products including branding efforts.Successful project for Refrirede: Refrirede is an air conditioner company with 30 stores across Brazil. Lead the first big project for Novo Marketing including online and field training sections. After the first 3 months, all stores had an average 20% increase in product sales.

Aste Group represents international brands as The North Face, Jansport, Kipling, Diesel, Coach & New Balance. Managed one of the top 5 sales ranking Kipling store of Aste Group, keeping a record of third place in national sales during the month of January 2015, with revenues sales of R$ 1m and within the first 5 in sales growth on hank for 2013 and 2014. Responsible for visual merchandising, inventory planning, CRM, customer acquisition and loyalty, brand positioning, local marketing activities, recruitment, training and leadership development in order to drive sales.
