I started my career in human resources many years ago, and earned a series of promotions while navigating many corporate transformations—mergers, acquisitions, spinoffs, and restructurings. In my role as Senior HR Administrator for JBG SMITH, I planned and coordinated programs for up to 1,000 employees, and introduced strategies to boost productivity and efficiency in every department.I coordinated and administered employee benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, AD&D, LTD, COBRA, FSA and HSA, health and welfare, tuition reimbursement, and others), payroll, FMLA, workers’ compensation, new hire orientation, and employee record changes, and prepared a wide range of reports (budget, payroll, benefits, quarterly headcount, and EEO, AAP, and VETS compliance).
