Main areas of responsibility:- Part of the global sales and marketing management group, setting the overall communication strategy and brand direction.- Leading the SAS global customer journey center of excellence, responsible for all communication of SAS products on board and on the ground. This includes the launch of new cabins, new planes, lounges, fast tracks, service changes, and more.- Responsible for the SAS brand across all channels in Norway.Main accomplishments:- Successfully defined, developed, and implemented SAS' new global communication strategy and communication concept, "We are travelers” as well as SAS new visual identity - Played a vital role in SAS' successful turnaround by aligning and developing the SAS brand across Scandinavia and complex value chains.- Increased SAS brand KPIs to all-time high levels and received several marketing awards, including Årets Markedsfører, Grand Travel Awards, bronze in Cannes Lions, Gulltaggen, Årets reiselivsmarkedsfører, and Gullblyanten. In 2017, SAS was ranked as the sixth most attractive employer in Norway (previously 21st place in 2014) and recognized as one of the top five brands in Norway according to YouGov. Additionally, SAS was ranked as the number one brand in digital marketing in Norway by BearingPoint.

- Successfully repositioned the Tele2 brand after consolidation.- Managed all below-the-line (BTL) and above-the-line (ATL) activities.- Involved in the planning and responsibilities for the launch of the new Tele2 national retail chain.

- Successfully trained and managed an infantry squad team of 11 soldiers, prior to peace operations in Kosovo.- Daily operational missions in Kosovo
