I graduated with a bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Polytechnic University of the Philippines year 2004. I started working as a Management Trainee/ Kitchen Manager in a cafe restaurant in a same year 2004. From that job I gained a lot of skills by handling different staff or crew, be a part of training team who inspire others to get their first promotion and motivate them to do better. As a Food Service Assistant at Northern Beaches Hospital, part of the Healthscope group, I apply my extensive knowledge and skills in nutrition and dietetics, food service, and communication to provide quality and safe food for patients, staff, and visitors. I have been working in the hospitality and restaurant industry for over 15 years, from the Philippines to Singapore and now in Australia, where I have gained valuable experience in multitasking, flexibility, and customer service. I'm also part of the newly open high standard nursing home aged care in Sydney Australia. As a Catering assistant I am fully enjoying serving a residents the best customer service I can give.
