•I am currently employed by ATP and am responsible for designing a comprehensive program testing strategy for “Udbetaling Danmark”. The implementation will be open for bidding.•Responsible for the preparation of test documents which sets the framework for the overall test approach in the bidding competition.•Evaluation of supplier's offer in connection with the public tender•Responsible for the main evaluation of testing ensuring the application of a high quality level as well as making sure that the ATP test document framework, is reflected in the offer from the supplierResponsible for the supplier management of ATP's testing and the quality of the new Barsel system under Udbetaling Denmark•Overall responsibility for testing of two large “sikringsordninger” with ATP•Test Responsible for a transition program where ATP as part of the public tender switched suppliers for all systems. A comprehensive task that required considerable testing and planning skills. Interne as well as ensuring a smooth transition between the old and new suppliers.Transition program started a process which involved 3td party suppliers, leaders at various levels and across the organization, processes that would make change to their daily work. Changes of this kind required diplomatic handling, solid steering and focused determination on my part, so I secured top management objective would be enforced.•The tasks included analysis, design, development, testing and implementation•Establishment of a testing team and ongoing management, from concept to completion, of major development projects requiring advanced test manager skills.•As test manager, I am also responsible for developing testing strategies, plans and estimates, project management tasks, schedules, start and completion interviews with employees in the test team, hiring consultants and supplier collaboration

•Test method work in conjunction with the implementation of a test organization at NNIT, which included the development of a testing policy, an overall test strategy, templates for test plans and test reports, estimating tools, role descriptions and training for testers•Test Manager responsible for major development projects for Government Departments and Agencies, the purpose of example. was to develop a database to serve as a new personal status of foreigners who have been or resided in Denmark, or implementation of a new common European visa system•Work with government customers as Government Departments and Agencies, as in NNIT I was test manager on the supply side•As a test manager, I was also responsible for developing test strategies, test plans, test estimation, project management tasks, schedules, customer collaboration

•Test Manager and Test team lead on major Nordic programs, where I also was a part of the Nordic management team in the program•Responsible for the test project at the Nordic level, this meant that my team was located in the four Nordic countries, which required significant coordination and test manager skills•Responsible for preparing a comprehensive testing strategy for the entire program, and the introduction of testing processes and test tool•Responsible for coaching of testers and test managers in the Nordic countries•Cultural differences and individual Nordic country’s attitudes to their own existing processes and systems triggered a natural resistance to change. Using my personal dedication in this transformation to a new Nordic organization often require use of my communication skills to argue for the importance of these changes, although some changes might seems like a step backward for some.
