In terms of team building, I start by uncovering the type of personalities of the team members, followed by one2one meetings to explain in detail the strengths and weaknesses of the personality profile but, more importantly, the strengths and potentials. The next step is organising mini-workshops to explain the different types of personality profiles among the team members. The team-building outcomes result in a better communication culture with more acceptance among team members. Mental coaching service is sustainable as it promotes specific strengths and potentials.My corporate involvement in the Recruitment & Promotion Process aims to gather objective and concrete information regarding personality structure and behavioural mechanisms such as correctness, loyalty, flexibility, communication, learning, teamwork, resilience and adaptability.

Other personality tests such as the 16 Personalities, MBTI, IBM, AC, etc bear the risk of being biased, subjective or manipulative, being the result of questions and answers. The accountability and efficacy might therefore be questionable, on top of resulting as time consuming and expensive.On the other hand, the MPT is the result of two reliable, consistent, reproducible, and verifiable mathematical equations. It is based on fingerprints that cannot be manipulated and won’t change during our whole lifetime. It is independent of questions and answers of any kind, DNA, age, education, culture or psycho-physical conditions and thus significantly more objective. Its results are available within fifteen minutes and remain meaningful throughout life.
