Over the past 2 decades, I have acquired extensive experience in developing sustainable global organizations by delivering comprehensive programs and services relating to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This experience – coupled with my strategic leadership and relationship management skills – has enabled me to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory requirements, fair-trade standards and responsible investor expectations.I have worked with companies in the Consumer Products, Healthcare, Agriculture, Extractives, and Financial Services sectors to integrate sustainability into their businesses. In this capacity, I developed global sustainability strategies, trained leaders, formulated policies and procedures, conducted materiality assessments, led ESG due diligence, driven value creation and protection programs, managed sustainability reporting projects, and led global stakeholder engagement efforts.
