Working with Anderson Auto Group has been a privilege. The powers that be decided to close down our department, but interim, I am currently a BDC representative. I work with leads that come in over the phone, internet, chat, and email. I am the first point of contact and it is my job to ensure the customer's questions/inquiries have been answered in a timely manner. I build the relationship with the customer until such time that they need to have a guide get involved. I keep that constant contact to ensure the customer knows their needs are important and I'm working for them!

Northeast Georgia Mountains

We started Visit Helen back in 2013 as a travel destination site dedicated to Helen, GA, and its surrounding area. A few years back we closed the site as it was just too much $$ to put out yearly. We still run the Facebook page and encourage visitors to come to the area to enjoy its beauty. We have built a good relationship with the Georgia Visitor's Bureau and are recognized on social media as #visithelen. I love recommending adventures, lodging, and sights of interest to visitors.

As a BDC representative at Jacky Jones Ford it was my job to work internet, email, chat, and phone leads in an expeditious manner. I was the first point of contact and the face of our company for many customers, including fleet clients. It was my job to answer inquiries and work with the customer until they needed to be handed off to the sales department. I had a minimum [monthly] appointment set rate that I exceeded regularly and worked well with all sales and staff. I had to leave this position during COVID and the company didn't make remote positions available.
