-I am a fist-generation, UC Berkeley alumni. I earned a degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Public Health. While completing my dual degree at Cal, I had the opportunity in participate in a number of activities that enriched my experience. -For five years, I worked with the Suitcase Clinic and served as Director of the Women's Clinic where I oversaw student volunteers and coordinated with professional volunteers and shelter staff. I also developed and delivered training as an undergraduate. -Upon graduating, I have taken enrichment years to continue strengthening my candidacy for medical school. I have worked at Planned Parenthood and Lifelong Medical, continuing my desire to focus on giving back to low-income and marginalized communities.-Currently, I am working as the Program Advisor for the Biology Scholars Program at UC Berkeley.
