In 2014 I was promoted to the CEO position of the branch in Argentina, a multiline company of 100 employees with a turnover in excess of USD 70 M and a Combined Ratio of 85%. In 2015 Chubb Argentina was distinguished with the Fortuna award to the best insurance company in the country. At the same time, Chubb was ranked 4th overall in the Best Place to Work annual survey. I successfully ran the operation achieving all targets set, until the company -worldwide- was acquired by ACE in July 2015

Direct supervision of four critical areas in the company: Operations, Claims, Compliance and IT with a total of 70 employees.

I co-managed a company of USD 10 M of revenue, with 10 employees based in Buenos Aires. During 3 years I was responsible for the placement and complete servicing of the Petrobras International program, one of the largest energy accounts in Latin America.

Manager of Motor & Non Motor Claims and Legal Department.In 2001 was asked to head the entire claims department of the company, leading a team of 120 employees and one of the largest claim portfolio’s in the country, with over 3000 legal actions and claim situations of all kind of coverages.Chief of Non Motor Claims DepartmentLed a team of 20 employees in the Claims area, looking after diverse claim situations excluding auto claims.During this period I was responsible for the handling of very large and complex claim situations such as the LAPA LV –WRZ aircraft crash in Aeroparque J. Newbery on Aug.31, 1999, amongst others.Chief of Reinsurance DepartmentAfter HSBC acquired La Buenos Aires in 1998, I was promoted to head of the Reinsurance Dept. being my duties the placement and administration of the treaties and facultative reinsurances purchased by the company. I had direct supervision of a team of 7 members.
