With over nine years of experience in the innovation and startup ecosystems at a global level, I am currently leading the acceleration program as Acceleration Director at Magical, a leading private accelerator and VC in Chile. I work together with founders on their business plans, growth and expansion goals, and strengthening and supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Latin America. Prior I worked with strong startup communities and multicultural teams at Seedstars, the biggest innovation community in emerging markets, and at Startup Chile, the first startups government program in the world. I have also mentored and coached several founders and entrepreneurs from different countries, sharing my knowledge and expertise in VC, global expansion, and communication. Throughout these years I have met and been inspired by a big network of diverse people and have been building bridges and finding solutions to help them reach their innovative and disruptive dreams.
