From Visionary Days we have created Visionary, a movement to empower young people, their needs and their urgencies. It is Organized in a network of territorial hubs that activate new young people and influence political choices, both locally and nationally.In support, we have created a team of 5 staffed people who follow the training of the hubs, coordinate national initiatives (among them all Visionary Days), support local initiatives and are responsible for fundraising, communication and administration.Results: 12 hubs were born in 12 regions cities with more than 200 young volunteers, organized +20 events involving up to 2,500 partecipants ( VD2021)

Visionary Days is an annual collective brainstorming marathon where thousands of young people meet to face changes and shape the near future.The format: 6 thematic sessions of 1h, 15m of speeches by an expert and 45m of discussion between the participants divided into groups of 8, each followed by a moderator. The results of all the tables are collected, processed and shared in real time and at the end they become a book.Results: in three years we have gone from 400 to +2,000 participants, from 20k to 180k raised by companies and foundations, from an initial team of 7 to a team of +50 organized volunteers.

During the pandemic, we were commissioned by the Government to create QualwFuturo, an extraordinary edition of VD whose purpose was to develop ideas and solutions for the nation after the health emergency.The event was opened by the president of the Italian republic Sergio Mattarella, who defined the event as "a valuable and innovative initiative with which young people have a first-hand dialogue with the institution"
